Everyone’s favorite critter guy “George” returns by popular demand with his favorite creepy, crawly friends.

Everything you ever wanted to know about this abundant resource. Come learn with us from the pros of Akeena Solar Power.

July 17 6-7pm Urban Wildlife
Join presenter Julie Morrison as she discusses our wildlife friends and their impact on our neighborhoods.

July 24, 6-7 pm The Raptors of Shipley and HB
Wild Gardener Timo Waterman will share his experiences and knowledge of the wide variety of raptors that visit here and call Shipley home.

July 31, 6-7 pm California Friendly Plants
Our very own Nursery Coordinator Carol Williams will share with us the wonders of our favorite native plants. Carol will take us on a guided tour of the Demonstration Gardens to see the plants up close and personal.

August 7, 4-8 pm Ride Your Bike to Shipley Night
Help Shipley “Go Green” by riding your bike to the center. Free Refreshments for all riders!!
