FACILITIES MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR

Position Description

RESPONSIBILITY
Over see facility maintenance. Develop, administer and control facilities maintenance budget and expenditures. Communicate and coordinate with Managers and Coordinators facilities maintenance projects.

DUTIES
GENERAL MAINTENANCE

1. Develop budget for maintenance projects working with Managers.
2. Submit a monthly report on the status of maintenance projects to Managers.
3. Manage repair and maintenance projects utilizing volunteers and vendors to complete projects.
4. Maintain facility security program for the Nature Center.
5. Establish and maintain inventory of facility tools, equipment and supplies
6. Establish and maintain a system of reporting maintenance and repair requirements.
